Lillian C. Ruza

Lillian C. Ruza

Born in Newark, NJ, Lillian lived her life as a faithful Christian and cared deeply for others. Lillian is the wife of the late August T. Ruza and spent many years moving with her husband and family to wherever the Air Force needed them. rnUpon relocating back to NJ, Lillian worked in the Ladies Wear Department at the Burlington Kmart for more than 16 years. Working many years in a retail establishment taught her how important it was to bring a smile to everyone’s face and spread happiness to everyone she met. This was a life lesson she practiced everyday until she was called home to be with her Lord. rnAs a very imaginative mother, her Beverly home was where her children and their friends enjoyed spending a lot of time. When blessed with grandchildren, she never missed a chance to spoil them. Lillian was never without her positive attitude and in her later years seldom missed an opportunity to play bingo.rn Lillian was preceded in death by brothers Carl, Joseph, John, and George. She is survived by her children: Karen Ruza of Burlington, John Ruza (Karen) of Delran and Mary Wolbert (Richard) of Beverly, grandchildren: Joshua Ruza and Samuel Wolbert, her siblings: Margaret Gilbert (Glenn), Marie Johnson and Dave Vryhof; her dear friends, Arlene, Ana, Mary, Joyce, Ella, and her extended family at the First Baptist Church of Beverly.rn Come celebrate Lillian’s 80 wonderful years: (Feb. 7, 1931-Jan. 22, 2012) at the First Baptist Church of Beverly on Sunday February 5th at 10 a.m. Interment will be private at Beverly National Cemetery.rn In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Lillian’s name to Deborah Heart & Lung Center 200 Trenton Road Browns Mills, NJ 08015. Her family wishes to also thank all of the talented medical personnel who helped preserve her quality of life through the years. rn –
