Patricia (Dietz) DeLuca

Patricia (Dietz) DeLuca

Passed away peacefully in the early hours of December 6, 2022, with family by her side.

Beloved daughter to Herman and Margaret Dietz, sister to Kathleen (Dietz) Genovese and wife to now deceased Fred J.

DeLuca. Those who knew Pat would often find her dancing to live Doo Wop music, laughing with friends and enjoying cocktails. Her favorite things to do would be shopping, decorating and keep up her perfectly manicured hair and nails.

It was easy to find Pat at the pool or on the beaches of LBI or Myrtle Beach; if there was sun Pat was laying in it perfecting her tan.

She is a graduate of Riverside High School and a member of the First Moravian Church in Riverside. Her occupations ranged from undercover store detective for Bamberger’s, property manager of multiple apartment complexes and she even managed a pet store.

She is survived by her children, Nancy Jo (Poore) Wolanski, Scott Poore (wife Christie); grandchildren, Michael Wolanski, Nicholas, and Madalyn Poore along with her nephew Stephen Genovese.

Come celebrate 79 great years Monday 10 to 11 a.m. at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside where there will be an 11 a.m. service.
