Jeffrey E. Westphal

Jeffrey E. Westphal, age 65, was promoted to glory on Sunday, June 5th, 2022 with his family by his side. He was born to the late Frederick and Lily (VanSciver) Westphal. He was the beloved husband of Denise (Landis) Westphal of 40 years and loving father to their three sons – Paul (Joanne), Dennis (Megan), and Jon (Emily). Jeffrey was the youngest of three children and is survived by his brother Frederick (Carol) Westphal and sister Evelyn (Robert) Glenn. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Gary Landis (Mary-Jane Wevill-Binnix) and sister-in-law Lisa (Edward) Bednarek. Jeff was also a fun-loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Jeff perfected his electrical skills over the years and ended his career working for CW Sales for the past 30 years. He took so much pride in all his work and was extremely meticulous. He instilled a love of trade work and hard work ethics in his sons. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a proud lifetime member of the Crooked Barrel Gun Club. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycles. Above all, his true joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren – Shaun, Jensen, Elena, Owen, Gretchen, and baby boy Westphal due to arrive in August 2022. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life gathering on Friday, June 10th from 6-8 pm and Saturday, June 11th 9-10 am at Sweeney Funeral Home, 478 Cooper Street, Beverly NJ 08010, where there will be a 10 am service.
