John Anthony Graham

John Anthony Graham

He lived his life simply. If his car would start and there was a roof over his head, he had his material wants met. His first priority was always family, especially his nieces and nephews. With his easygoing nature and kind ways he made friends for life and, more importantly, never made an enemy. He satisfied many an appetite from the back of his lunch truck. rn If you picked up his newspaper you would always find the sports page missing. John loved sports, both local and pro, and never forgot a stat. He coached girl’s softball, PAL basketball and freshman and J.V. basketball and was a star point guard for Riverside. He was one of the few Philadelphia sports fans who could calmly watch one of their games.rn He is survived by his brother, Edward, his sister, Mary Ann Timmons and his twin brother, Joseph and many nieces and nephews.rn Come celebrate 59 great years Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside.
