While roller-skating Larry learned more than how to keep his balance. That’s how he met his wife, Doris. Perhaps he used the skills he learned as a Marine to chase away all other suitors. rnrnRegardless, they spent 44 years together. Some people have a hard time filling their days after retirement. Not so Larry. There were not enough hours in the day after he left the Philadelphia Electric Co. Fishing, boating, gardening, shooting at the gun range and raising animals became his priority.
