Robert Bachman

Robert Bachman, of Riverside passed away peacefully on Dec. 24 to live with his Savior, Jesus Christ.

He was born June 2, 1937 and was the loving husband of Carol Jennings Bachman, married 53 years and is survived by his children: Eric (Lynn) Bachman, Rob (Maria) Bachman and Amy Bachman; and was the proud grandfather of John, Joe, Chris, Julia and Collin.

Bob was a proud Navy Veteran and a devoted member and deacon of the First Baptist Church of Willingboro where his passion was to teach children the way to the Lord. He enjoyed being commander of the AWANA and teaching his 5th grade Sunday School Classes. Saturdays were for college football (Ohio State) while making his famous spaghetti dinners. Sundays were all about seeing his family at church and watching the Eagles.

Come celebrate 79 great years Friday 9:30-11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Willingboro where there will be an 11 a.m. service. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson. Donations in lieu of flowers to First Baptist Church of Willingboro for AWANA missionary Rev. Gary and Sharon Goodrow, AWANA Acct#355 will be appreciated.
