James J. “Bud” Coyle, Sr.rnHe never met a stranger! If you needed a hand he was there to help. If you rnneeded a dance partner you waited your turn! rnJim (Bud) was born January 5, 1930 the second son of Charles and Sara (Beekler) rnCoyle. His childhood years were spent in the Riverside and Burlington areas. On rnOctober 6, 1950 he married the love of his life, Loretta M. Snyder of Delanco. rnThey started their family in 1952 in Delanco and continued in their Riverside rnhome for 47 years raising five sons and a daughter. rnrnJim was a licensed Master Plumber working for thirty years as a civil servant in rnCivil Engineering at McGuire AFB, NJ. After retiring in 1992, he worked for rnseveral years at the Zurbrugg Hospital in Riverside. He maintained his own rnplumbing and heating business throughout his career. He helped coach his boys in rnthe CYO baseball program and chaperoned the dances at St. Pete’s on Friday rnnights. He was an avid card player and always enjoyed playing cards with his family rnand friends.rnrnHe served in the NJ Army National Guard for six years. He was a Life and Exempt rnMember of the Washington Fire Company No.1 in Delanco and a member of the New rnJersey State Firemen’s Association. rnrnJim was predeceased by his devoted wife of 47 years, Loretta M. of Riverside, rnNJ, his second wife Ann (Arena) of Port Richey, FL. and brothers Charles and rnRichard Coyle. rnrnHe will be forever missed by his children James (Jim) Jr. and wife Susan of Hope rnMills, NC; David and wife Cathy of Riverside, NJ; Karen and husband Bert Harper rnof Delran, NJ; Glenn of Riverside, NJ; Scott of Kingsland,GA; Gregg of Absecon, rnNJ; and stepdaughter Frances and husband Greg VanBuren of Port Richey, FL.rnrnAlso missing Pop-Pop’s love are grandchildren Kristin, Kelli, Kathleen and rnKimberly; David, Ginger, Julie and Steven; Stacy and Steven; and Jason along with rngreat-grandchildren Dominique, Devin, Bailee, Brenna, Alexis, Miguel, Angel, Daniel and Thomas James; Georgia rnand David III; Andrew and Timothy.rnrnAdditionally, he will be missed by his brother Eugene, special sister in law rnMuriel L. Snyder, sisters-in-law Mary Lou Dillon, Patricia Coyle and Marlene rnCoyle; brothers-in-law Ben and Fred Snyder, many cousins, nieces and nephews. rnHis joy and friendship will also be missed by his best friend and companion Ms. rnReba Shumway of New Port Richey, FL. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Wednesday at Jesus the Good Shepherd Church (St. Peter’s Site), Riverside. Interment will follow at the St Peter Cemetery Mausoleum.
