CURRENT CELEBRATIONS

Timothy (Tim) Hansen

Timothy (Tim) Hansen

He had one of those bigger than life personalities and endless energy.  Tim had one speed: fast, full throttle.  And he was always quick with a joke, balancing cutting sarcasm with his gentleness.  A graduate of Riverside High School he played football, baseball and basketball. If he slowed down enough he would play Madden or be rooting for the Eagles and the Phillies – then back to competition.  And his tastes were simple: it took little more than chocolate cake, pizza, chicken tenders and Ramen Noodles to make him happy.  He loved the gym, rap and rock and played guitar and trombone and hanging out with many friends.

Tim is survived by his fiancé, Kasey; his father, Patrick (Maria) Hansen; his mother, Tanya Miller; sisters, Cadence, Haven, and Kayla; his cousins Luciano and Matthew who was more like a brother; uncles, Matt Hansen and Eric (Lisa) Hansen; grandparents, his special “Pop” Norman and Mary Frances Hansen, Aunt Bernadette and many other relatives, friends, and of course his dog Finn.

Without a doubt Tim had his struggles but never gave up the fight and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

Come celebrate 22 great years Thursday, January 16th, from 8-10 am at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30am at Jesus the Good Shepherd, St Peters Site, Riverside. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: www.salvationarmyusa.org (click on donate)
