Carol Ann Basnett

July 20, 1958 – December 8, 2022

As a child Carol played softball and loved listening to Aerosmith. Carol graduated from Riverside High School in 1978. She enjoyed sports night playing for the maroon team. Carol also enjoyed football and her favorite team the Dallas Cowboys. Carol retired from a housekeeping service and enjoyed living with her son Ricky and watching her grandson.

Carol is survived by her son Richard C. Rogers III, grandson Richard C. Rogers IV, brothers: Don Basnett (Lisa), Keith Basnett (Donita), and Patrick Basnett (Tina), and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her parents Don and Blanche Basnett and her brother Larry Basnett.

Come celebrate 64 years on Saturday January 21, 2023 from 3pm-4:30pm at Sweeney Funeral Home, 337 Bridgeboro Street, Riverside NJ 08075, where there will be a 4:30 pm service. Interment private.
