Frank Anthony Jacobucci JR

Jacobucci, Frank Anthony Jr – 85 of Edgewater Park NJ, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on June 7th, 2023 surrounded by his family at Cooper Hospital, Camden, NJ. Frank was born in Hartford Conn and later moved to New York before settling down in the Edgewater Park area where he resided for the past 40 years.

Frank graduated from Palmyra High School and throughout life wore many hats. He worked in corrections for Mt. Holly prison, and for many years worked alongside his brother, Pat, at Jacobucci’s Mobil station. He later enjoyed helping his brother at Jacobucci’s Landscaping. Frank always enjoyed tending bar and was employed at memorable establishments such as The Milmarion and The Hideout. Frank retired from Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Willingboro, NJ as a security guard.

Frank loved to cook and host Sunday and Holiday dinners. You could smell the meatballs and gravy from the sidewalk, and no one ever left hungry!

Frank loved spending time in Long Beach Island and walking the beach looking for shells. Frank is predeceased by his late Mother Mildred, and Father Frank A. Jacobucci Sr. Frank is survived by his wife Lea Cannuli-Jacobucci and four children, Susan Griffin of Monroe Township, Frank Jacobucci III of Swedesboro, NJ, Patricia Jacobucci and partner Gary Canard of Galloway Township, Stacy Amburg and husband Daniel of Alloway, NJ, and stepdaughter Monica Bryne and husband Steve of Edgewater Park. In addition, Frank is survived by his brother Pat Jacobucci and wife Kathy Jacobucci, nephew-godson Patrick Jacobucci II of Burlington Township, and 10 grandchildren Cody, Colton, and Cedona Jacobucci, Jaci Stevenson, Connor Conard, Skylar, Seth, and Owen Amburg, Carley and JT Byrne, and great granddaughter Rangeley Jacobucci.

A private family viewing will be held at Sweeney Funeral Home, 337 Bridgeboro St. Riverside, NJ. All are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on June 16th, 10:30AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 805 Warren Street, Beverly, NJ. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery, 4527 US Rt. 130 South Burlington, NJ.
