CURRENT CELEBRATIONS
Charles Mirabel
Chuck’s career in car sales earned him more than just a paycheck. Yes, he set many a sales record working for many a dealership over the years, but It’s there that Chuck would meet the love of his life, Maria Bowman. They’d share a 33-year romance, completing each other’s lives. Along with Maria came her two sons, Ryan and Randy. Chuck would become their 2nd father. And when the grandkids came along his world became perfect, setting up pools in the backyard, making sure their play cars were charged, going on long strolls with the babies and taking a never-ending stream of pictures of them. Nobody hugged better than Grandpop. He was a renaissance man; if he was in his man cave, he’d be playing instruments (he could play just about anything and he was self taught), devouring his books, drawing and enjoying opera. Chuck enjoyed a good movie, but it had to be something of substance. He loved to travel as well especially if his family was with him: Cape May, Disney, Lake George, Puerto Rico. He even got the opportunity to visit both the baseball and football halls of fame. He played a little tennis but enjoyed watching it even more.
In addition to his wife, Maria Bowman, he is also survived by his step-sons, Ryan and Randy and his step grandchildren, Riley, Blake, Jayce, Summer and Travis.
