Janet Cowan

Janet Cowan

Janet worked for many years as a bookkeeper, using her organizational skills to keep businesses on track. She also spent a lifetime working on artistic endeavors, constantly taking classes to improve her skills. At the Philadelphia College of Art, she took sundry classes on everything from fashion design to painting and cooking classes as well. She was able to do a little traveling with her husband: all over Florida, especially Disney (20 plus time), the Carolinas, Dollywood, skiing with the grandkids and vacations on LBI that would eventually stretch for a month. Janice especially enjoyed dinner on Saturday nights with friends. When her T.V. was on, she’d be catching up on her Soaps. She went on to meet her handsome guy named Elwood. Their marriage was blessed by 2 children: Lane and Craig; and later by grandchildren: Taylor, Jason and Shane; and great-grandchild, Cameron. She is survived by his sisters, Betty Lou and Peggy; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
