CURRENT CELEBRATIONS
Lisa Williams
Everyone knew that her family was Lisa’s top priority. But Philly sports may have been a close second. Eagles, Phillies, 76ers, Flyers. Lisa screamed at her T.V. during the games but they could hear her clearly at the stadiums. She named her dog Giroux. If she wasn’t cheering her teams on she’d probably be heading down the shore; Wildwood or Seaside. Or just hanging out with her porch buddies catching up on the local gossip. Her’s was the neighborhood house and Lisa welcomed in all of Justyn’s friends. She hosted lots of holiday events; 4th July, Memorial Day, summer bbqs were her speciality but none were complete without her deviled eggs. If her T.V was on she’d be checking in on the food network, Survivor and the Chicago shows. Her earlier years found her working for Metco as a pharmacy tech.
She met a handsome guy named Bob on a blind date. They’d be together 33 years, 28 years married. Lisa is survived by her son, Justyn and was predeceased by her brother, Lester Jr. and her father, Lester.
Dress casual and come celebrate 57 great years Saturday 9-11 am at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside where there will be an 11am service. Interment Lakeview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Burlington County Animal Shelter.
