Nicholas Stone

Nicholas Stone, age 26, of Delran, NJ, passed away suddenly on January 23, 2022.

Nick enjoyed all things outdoors.  From the time he was little he could be found either on the swing set, trampoline, in the pool or at the park…a soccer ball never too far from his reach.  His love for the sport started at the young age of 8 and carried him through another 10 years ending his career with a State Championship as the Goalkeeper for the Delran Bears in 2013.  Those were the years he enjoyed the most and through them met most of his lifelong friends. Although his life may have been short lived, he lived it to the fullest.  Nick was always trying to make plans, even if it was just lunch or a drive to the beach for the day. He enjoyed going to the gym and was often seen running throughout the streets of Delran and Riverside. He was full of compassion, laughter, light and love, which followed him wherever he went (although he didn’t sit still very long). Nick was a good brother and an adoring, loving son, and grandson.  He will be dearly missed.  Nick is survived by his mother Michelle Campbell (Duccilli), his father Frank Stone, brother Jake Stone, sister Gianna Campbell, grandmother Patricia Stone and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Nick is predeceased by his grandparents Bob and Trixie Duccilli.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on February 19th at Calvary Church on Conrow Road in Delran, NJ.  Visitation from 10-11am followed by an 11am service.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Teen Challenge (c/o Calvary Church), 317 Conrow Rd, Delran, NJ 08075.
