Robin Patterson

Robin Patterson

Robin kept her life simple: she knew what was important. She was a hardworking woman her whole life. Her earlier years found her as a retail manager and later years found her pursuing her passion for cooking.  Of course, she had always been a great cook: meatballs, soups, steak, chicken, and the greatest burgers. She loved a good time especially if music was involved. Robin had been to more than 100 concerts with her BFF, Gale. Just about any rock band and she had many a dancing bear shirt from the Dead shows she had experienced. She was a graduate of Riverside High (class of ’88), loved the Giants and was all about the Grinch and the Wizard of Oz.

She is survived by her husband Steve, her son, Matthew, and her cats; all of whom she took care of equally well. She was loved and will be missed by all her family, her in-laws and all of her friends.

Come celebrate 54 great years Saturday January 13, 2024, 10 a.m. to noon at Sweeney Funeral Home, 337 Bridgeboro Street, Riverside where there will be a noon service. Donations in lieu of flowers to Samaritan Hospice (samaritannj.org) will be appreciated.
