Elaine T. Tarlano, 74, died peacefully at her home in Riverside.rnrnMrs. Tarlano was born in Riverside and worked for Riverside Township and the Riverside Savings & Loan. After retiring, she started a business arranging silk and dried flowers and used her talents to decorate St. Peter’s Church, where she was a life-long parishioner. She always put her whole self into doing things for those she loved.rnrnElaine and her husband, John, met while she worked as a secretary at McGuire Air Force Base. Before his passing in 2003, their 45-year marriage was blessed with their daughter Sheryl Zoppina (Eric) of Riverside and again with their grandsons, John and Nicholas. She is also the sister of Irma Donnelly of Delran and Paul Posch (Patricia) of Michigan, and is the sister-in-law of Carl Tarlano and Ann Wells (Jim). Elaine is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Irma Posch (nee Hullings).rnrnFriends are invited to celebrate Elaine’s life on Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9-10 a.m. at the Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 a.m at the Parish of Jesus the Good Shepherd (St. Peter’s Church) in Riverside. Interment will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
