“Government does not solve problems, it subsidizes them.” Ronald Reagan. You may have known him as either Henry or Fran but you always knew he was an All American with a true spirit for his country. His heroes were John Wayne and Ronald Reagan. He was a born entertainer, never without a funny story. Henry loved the nautical life: graduated from the Coast Guard Academy and served for many years earning the rank of Lt. Commander. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and boats, but they’d better be wood. You never had to wonder what he was thinking: he was a straight shooter and never minced words. He worked in trucking for many years at one point owning his own company. Later years found him employed with Northeast Foods. In retirement he enjoyed talk radio and coffee with his MacDonald’s breakfast club.rnA blind date blossomed into a 28 year marriage to his wife, Judy and his survivors include children: Gary, Debbie Williams and Mary; 4 step sons: Larry, John, David and Rick Convery; and 10 Grandchildren.
