John “Jack” Mason

John “Jack” Mason

John was born and raised in Philadelphia and eventually settled in Collingswood. He was employed by Cooper Hospital in their technology department. He always was up for a good time: a lifelong fan of Mariah Carey and Madonna (he’d flown to many a concert). He loved all things Disney and was a lifelong movie buff.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Boyce; his sisters, Deanna Boyce and Ginger Mason and two nephews.
Services celebrating 50 great years will be held privately.

Deepest condolences, to Marge and family. I only knew Jack as a baby, and a toddler. I remember him as being very quiet and observant, always pleasant, with curly hair and beautiful eyes. So sorry for your loss.

My deepest sympathies to John’s family.

I met John when he began working at Cooper and can honestly say that he made me laugh every time I was in his presence. John was a great storyteller, he was a character, and he was memorable. He had the ability to “tell it like it is” and still remain your friend. I will miss John and never forgot our conversations. Rest in peace John.
