He was born and raised on the farm and spent most of his life tilling the land. For John any brand of tractor would suffice as long it was a John Deere. It didn’t take much to keep him happy: a cup of coffee, a cigarette and his chevy pickup truck. He loved country music, pulled for Jeff Gordon and made the occasional trip to the casinos. Though he never seemed to actually kill a deer, he spent lots of time hunting them. Many days found him solving the world’s problems with his friends at Vesuvio’s and the diner.rnrnHe was pre-deceased by his wife Gloria Sciore. John was blessed with 3 daughters: Lori (Michael) Morro, Lisa (Lew) Hunter, and Ginny (Thomas) Narolewski, and 7 grandchildren: Lewis, Jon, Matthew, Ally, Julia, Lauren and Derek.rnrnCome celebrate 81 farming years Saturday 9-11 a.m. at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro, where there will be a service at 11 a.m. Interment Eglington Cemetery. –
