Lynn had a close group of friends and kept them for a lifetime. She was loved by all, was a good hearted, positive attitude, generous person who would make you laugh. She enjoyed traveling including Colorado, Sedona, England, Spain, Hawaii, and many other destinations. She was a 1982 Holy Cross High School graduate and a 1990 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, She was licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Being a pharmacist was more than a job; it was Lynn’s passion. She worked for many hospitals in her career (most recently at Jefferson, Cherry Hill, NJ) and saved many lives along the way since her graduation days. Lynn always thought of others and was willing to help out whenever needed including surprising you with an L & M cupcake or cake. If her TV was on, she would probably be popping in a DVD from her collection, doing a little binge watching, or watching her favorite sports teams, The Phillies, The Eagles and The Flyers. She was an avid sports fan. She was game for just about any event like a wine tasting, an air show, lunch/dinner get together with friends or cousins or a good party. Even learning at 60 to make her grandmothers Ravioli’s from her cousin, goes to show it’s never too late to learn something new. More sophisticated times found Lynn heading off to the Philadelphia Orchestra, a Bruce Springsteen Concert, a musical in Philadelphia, a Broadway show in New York, or a Phillies & Flyers game with friends. Lynn loved life!
She is survived by her siblings, Frank (Maryann) and John (Paola) and her nieces and nephews, Roseann, Tara, Michael (Michaella), Isabella and Francesca and an aunt, Anna Dattilio and an uncle, Emerson Lucas along with many beloved cousins and great nieces and nephews. Linda was the daughter of the late Frank Dattilio and Linda Blanzola, and sister of the late Daniel Dattilio.
Come Celebrate 60 great years Friday May 2, 6 to 8 pm and Saturday May 3, 9 to 10am at Sweeney Funeral Home, 337 Bridgeboro Street, Riverside, NJ where there will be a 10am service. Interment will be at St. Peter Cemetery, Riverside. In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda’s name to the American Heart Association (heart.org) will be appreciated.

Linda was a sweet lady. She was always smiling and laughing. We went to St Peter’s elementary school and Holy Cross High School. Prayers to her family. Love Donna
I met Linda in 1979 in homeroom at Holy Cross High School. She was always so friendly and kind. She always had positive things to say about everyone. We would spend time going to concerts, out to dinner, and of course movies! Linda loved going to the movies! I will miss her very much! Love you Lynn!❤️😘
I am very saddened to hear of Linda’s passing. I remember having her in classes at Burlington County College back in the early 1980s. She was a very nice person.
Sending my deepest condolences to her family.
May she Rest in Peace.
Linda was the sweetest soul, may she rest in heavenly peace.
I went to school with Linda since the 5th grade through high school. She was such a nice girl. No doubt she will be missed.
I am so very sorry to learn of Linda ‘s passing. I worked with Linda many years ago when we were Rancocas Hospital -I was in radiology ,she was in Pharmacy.:) She was sweet and kind and just plain lovely! I loved catching up with her when I saw her out and about, it was always a pleasure. I am thinking of her family today and sending prayers.🙏🏻
I love you Lin! What a shock for me when I heard this terrible, unbelievable news that she had passed. I can still hear her. “Hi mom, this is your Italian daughter,” and “I can’t believe you knew my dad before he married mom.” I’ve known Linda since Vicki and her had their 8th birthday together, sitting on the snack bar with a cake between them in Riverside Rink. May you rest in peace with your heavenly father. I will miss you forever! With all my love, mom!
I will be singing the national anthem at a high school in Burlington County so I cannot make it… thank you for all the generosity you have shown to my ministry ( Carie Cares / Soul Singer) you always insisted on 100% anonymity and I always respected that… you are General gift at Christmas time to be shared with those in need went such a long way :you will not be forgotten Carie
Rest in peace, Lynn. You were such a kind, good and caring soul. Thank you for being my friend.
My 20 plus years of working with Lynn are memorable. Lynn was a truly dedicated and compassionate member of our CH Pharmacy Team/Family, and we will miss her kind demeanor, dedication to patient care and her helpful and generous nature. Our department will never be the same without Lynn!
My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help during this challenging time.
Linda was a great classy woman. She never had an unkind word of any kind. She was my neighbor upstairs. Blizzard of 96 will be a memory I will never forget. Helping her dig to parking lot so a hummer can come pick her up. I’m so sorry I was unable to make it to funeral. She will be sorely missed.
