Mildred States

It is impossible to live pleasantly without living wisely and well and justly. In her life, Mildred was nothing if not pleasant. Although she graduated from Palmyra High School, she has lived in Delanco since her younger years. Before retiring she worked at Lockheed Martin in Moorestown. But well into her later years she was always ready to help family. When her brother took ill, she was there seven days a week to take care of him. And in better times she was always there for her family. Even her cat, Winnie, was often the subject of her affection. rn Mildred is survived by her brothers: Raymond of Delanco, George of Riverside and James of Robbinsville and her beloved cat Winnie. rn Come celebrate Mildred’s 79 wonderful years Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday from 10 AM at the Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside, where the service will be Thursday at 11 AM.
