Rosemarie Guarnieri

Rosemarie Guarnieri

She was no nonsense and from the old school. Rosemarie may have been hard on you, but you knew it was always out of love. Rosemarie did for Rosemarie last: she put everyone else first. She was all about her family and generous to a fault. She cooked the best comfort foods (lasagna, meatloaf). If her T.V. was on she’d be checking in on gameshows or the Food Network. She met many a celebrity chef including Emeril. Relaxing times found her crocheting Afghans and sprucing up her yard. In her earlier years she worked as a crossing guard and later at Macmillan and Simon Schuster.
She met a handsome guy and shared a 46-year marriage with the late Charles. She is survived by her children Charles and Tammy (Harry Everham).
Come celebrate 88 great years Monday July 22 8-10 a.m. at Sweeney Funeral Home, Beverly where there will be a 10:30 service. Interment Monument Cemetery, Beverly.

Aunt Rosemarie was a very giving and creative person. She loved collecting beautiful dolls, antiques and decorating her home and yard for every holiday. When her sister Phyllis was very sick in the nursing home, she baked her apple cake, cookies and crocheted her blankets. Her kindness will never be forgotten by our family.
