For Sarah, family always came first; her boys were always cared for. She told it like it was but seldom ever had to raise her voice. And she stayed on the move, working well into her eighties; always popular with her co-workers. And no one made a better pie: pumpkin, coconut, and apple. Sarah cheered for her beloved Cowboys.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur; her boys, Lonnie and Wayne (Betsy); grandchildren, Lonnie Hatcher Jr (Kelly) and Denise Galvan Tony); and great-grandchildren, Lily and Lyla Hatcher and Angelique Galvin.
Family celebrated 96 years privately at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside.
