Aminta Marino
If you were around Aminta, “Do you need something?” and “Do you want anything?” are what you’d likely be hearing. She was always putting others first, whether they be family or friends. It may have originated with her strong faith: she was a devout Catholic. She loved the holidays if, for no other reason, than it brought together her family: she looked forward to time with her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was an extremely talented and professional seamstress (wedding dresses, alterations). If her T.V. was on she’d either be tuning into mass or cheering for the Eagles. She was born in Colombia and emigrated to Hackensack (1965) and eventually settled in Willingboro (1968- 2024).
Aminta is survived by her siblings: Belisario and Elicenia; brother-in-law:Segundo (the late Alicia) Barragan; nieces and nephews: Omar (Tracey)Barragan, Nelson Barragan, Norma (Anthony) Pezza, Milton Barragan; greatnieces and nephews: Jessica Barragan, Rochelle (Wildfire Moses BuffaloBoy)
Barragan, Ashlee Barragan, Jaelyn Barragan, Matthew Pezza and BenjaminPezza. She is predeceased by her siblings: Alicia, Lucila, Zoraida, and Alejandro.She will be missed by her family in Colombia as well as all her friends and family at home.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated, January 31, 2024 at10:30 am at Corpus Christi Church, 11 S Sunset Rd., Willingboro NJ 08046. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Corpus Chrisiti Church, 11 S Sunset Rd., Willingboro, NJ 08046 Partners in Learning, 900 Route 168, Unit J2, Blackwood, NJ 08012

Lamentamos y sentimos mucho su fallecimiento. No la conocimos personalmente, pero Papá (Luis Alejandro Mariño Rodríguez) siempre nos contaba su vida de niños y de jóvenes, las pilatunas y su cercanía y amor por Aminta y Alicia ( sus dos hermanas menores, con edades muy cercanas), a quienes debía cuidar y acompañar…pero se inventaba situaciones para divertirás y terminaba siendo castigado por los padres. Dios la recibe en su morada y se reunirá con sus seres queridos. nuestras oraciones por ella y por todos nuestros seres queridos en el cielo!!
